What is included in theme work?

If your store is new to subscriptions, the Yari Flow Migrations team will work with your team and developers to add the Yari Flow Plan Picker to the product pages for all products that offer a subscription purchase option.

If you are migrating from another subscription platform, the team will also aim to match the look and feel of your existing subscription widget.

The standard migration scope is focused on implementing the core Yari Flow subscription experience. Additional design changes, custom functionality, or broader theme updates are not included in the typical migration process.

Any additional requirements should be discussed with the Yari Flow Sales team before work begins on your integration.

Does theme work include ongoing support?

Yari Flow’s theme work is focused on setting up and launching the core subscription experience. It does not include ongoing theme development or lifetime customization as your store changes over time.

Issues immediately or after migration

For theme-related issues following migration, contact the Migrations team at help@yariflow.com. If an issue appears later and may be related to migration changes, contact Yari Flow Support at help@yariflow.com. The team will review the issue and assist where possible.

What should I do if I need changes but do not have development resources?

Yari Flow works with a network of trusted partners who understand both Shopify and Yari Flow and can support your team with theme changes and custom development.
