Subscription Management
Manage customer subscriptions in Yari Flow
The Subscriptions area is where your team can find, review and manage individual customer subscriptions.
From here, you can:
· Search and filter subscriptions
· Review subscription status and upcoming billing dates
· View the products included in each subscription
· Update quantities, products, discounts and prices
· Review customer, shipping and payment information
· View previous subscription orders
· Pause a subscription or process the next order
· Review subscription activity and tags
How do I open the Subscriptions page?
1. In the left-hand menu of the Yari Flow Dashboard, open Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Use the list to find the subscription you want to review.
3. Select the subscription’s Shopify ID or customer details to open it.
Find and filter subscriptions
The Subscriptions page provides a search bar and several filters to help you find the correct record.
You can use:
· Search Subscriptions: Search for a specific subscription or customer.
· State: Filter subscriptions by their current state.
· Voucher: Find subscriptions associated with a specific voucher.
· With Failed Payments: Show subscriptions with failed payment activity.
· With Invalid payment methods: Show subscriptions associated with an invalid payment method.
Understand the subscription list
Each row in the table represents one subscription.
The table includes:
· Shopify ID: The identifier associated with the subscription.
· Customer Details: The customer’s name and email address.
· Products Count: The number of products included in the subscription.
· Orders Count: The number of orders associated with the subscription.
· Next Billing Date: The next date on which the subscription is scheduled for billing.
· State: The subscription’s current status, such as Active, Cancelled, Skipped, Paused or Discontinued.
You can sort selected columns using the arrows beside the column name.
Open a subscription
Opening a subscription takes you to its detail page.
At the top of the page, you can see:
· The subscription name
· The subscription state
· The subscription ID in the breadcrumb
· The available management actions
You can also select the pencil icon beside the subscription name to edit it.
Subscription actions
The actions displayed at the top of the subscription page include:
· Send It Now
· Pause
· More Actions
· Developer Actions
Send It Now
Used to process the subscription’s next order earlier than its currently scheduled date.
Lock the shipping price
Select Lock Shipping Price to prevent the subscription’s current shipping price from changing automatically.
This may be useful when a specific shipping price has been agreed for an individual subscription.
Cancel a subscription
Select Cancel Subscription to end the subscription on behalf of the customer.
Before confirming the cancellation, review the subscription and make sure you have selected the correct customer record.
