Navigating the Yari Flow Dashboard & Setup

The Yari Flow Dashboard is your control centre for managing subscriptions, viewing orders, and configuring store settings without operational friction.

Left Navigation Menu Overview

The left sidebar provides direct access to all core sub-menus and administrative settings:

Core Platform

· Home: Return to the onboarding screen or primary store overview.

· Analytics: Review subscription performance, churn, and revenue trends.

· Subscriptions Menu: Expands to reveal Subscriptions (for managing customer contracts), Cancellation Flow, and Cancellation AI Flow.

· Orders: Track upcoming, processed, or failed subscription recurring orders.

· Products Menu: Expands to reveal Products (your imported Shopify catalogue), Collections, and One-Offs.

· Customers: Access subscriber profiles and payment histories.

Storefront & Plan Management

· My Account: Customise the subscriber portal design, customer self-serve options, and copy.

· Plan Groups: Configure subscription frequencies, discount logic, and selling plan groupings.

· Users Menu: Expands to reveal All Users (for team management) and Roles (for setting permissions).

· Manage Settings Menu: Expands to reveal general Settings, your Billing, third-party Integrations, and Shipping.

· Automations: Set up automated workflows for payment retries, retention flows, and customer notifications.

Billing & Invoices

· Account Statements: View account balance details and billing breakdown.

· Invoices: Download past platform fee invoices and payment receipts.

Sign Out

· Logout: Securely log out of your Yari Flow account.
