Yari Flow Gorgias Integration Setup Guide

Welcome to the Yari Flow Gorgias app setup guide. This free integration allows your customer support team to manage Shopify subscriptions directly within Gorgias using a simple widget. Follow these steps for a quick installation—typically under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites:

An active Gorgias account.

An active Yari Flow account connected to your Shopify store.

Admin access to both platforms.

Step 1: Install the App from Gorgias App Store

Log in to your Gorgias dashboard.

Navigate to Settings > App Store > All Apps.

Search for "Yari Flow" or browse the Subscriptions category.

Click on the Yari Flow app listing and select Install App.

Review the permissions (read/write access to tickets and customer data for widget functionality) and click Authorize.

Step 2: Authenticate with Yari Flow

You'll be redirected to Yari Flow's OAuth login page.

Enter your Yari Flow credentials and grant access.

Confirm the connection—Gorgias will sync with Yari Flow to enable the widget.

Step 3: Configure the Widget in Gorgias

Back in Gorgias, go to Settings > Widgets (or search for Yari Flow in the sidebar).

Open a test ticket in Gorgias associated with a Yari Flow subscription customer.
